The client's inquiry was sent to us 3 days before our Chinese New Year, when we were getting ready for vacation, so not enough time to process his order.

There are many customers send inquiry like this. Although delivery time for promotional gifts order is tight, if the customer can contact us a few days in advance, the problem can be solved. Especially for customized orders, it usually takes at least 2 weeks from the time the customer places an order to receiving the goods.

Of course, within our ability, we will shorten the delivery period to the shortest and do our best to complete it within the time required by the customer, but please also ask the customer to give us a certain amount of time, try to be earlier than the actual required time, so that the customer can definitely receive the goods on time.
